With a new CEO in place, the company identified four key areas where HR could better support the business and the overall strategy, and subsequently launched an HR transformation initiative. The overarching goal was to improve how the HR department delivered services as a strategic business partner, which would comprise a broad cultural shift within the organization, and elevate the roles of HR generalists to HR Business Partners. The client sought a strategic partner to provide an objective, expert approach to change management, as well as to create strategic change communications throughout the transition.
Bravanti served as trusted partners to the client’s project team, providing hands-on consulting support and change management expertise.
- As part of the Project Management Office (PMO), Bravanti was in charge of designing and implementing an action plan that incorporated change management and communications into the overall body of work
- We worked closely and collaboratively with the client’s project team, providing deep insights and feedback to help our client identify and mitigate risks and to address complex culture shift issues
- We provided crucial sustainability planning support with the goal of equipping the company to think strategically about how to drive project outcomes in the long term
Enhanced talent management solutions in leadership development and talent acquisition helped to develop a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion. Bravanti built HR’s analytics capability to provide business leaders with improved human capital insights that support business decision-making. We aligned and prioritized HR’s work to support the business strategy as strategic business partners, and introduced the HR Business Partner role into the broader organization.
