The Context
North America’s largest plumbing and HVAC distributor recognized the need to address the complex challenges and opportunities that rising leaders experience in the workplace. With more than 130 years of leadership in its field, both the organization’s products and workforce have grown and diversified over the years. Along with that growth came the need for leadership development to support the company’s top talent – including historically marginalized groups – and help them succeed.
Our Approach
