Client: Global Developer, Manufacturer, and Medical Services Provider

The Context:

This leading global developer and manufacturer of healthcare products and services company partnered with the Bravanti team at ZRG Consulting Solutions in 2024 to create a four-day “Inspiring Leadership Forum.” The Forum focused on enhancing the inspiring leadership areas of authenticity, empathy, courage, and connection for their top 120 global leaders in Barcelona, Spain.
Additionally, the forum would catalyze the transition to the organization’s new CEO and establish the direction of leaders.

Our Approach:

  • After a thorough discovery process to understand the organization’s event objectives, we designed and facilitated an experiential 4-day Inspiring Leadership Forum for 120 global Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents from not only across global geographies but across functions as well. The forum focused on the participants’ understanding of inspiring leadership and how to create it authentically, integration and enrollment of others in the organization’s mission and vision, generating optimism about the future through storytelling, unleashing innovation through bold decision making and responsible risk taking, and leading by example to create trusting relationships. The forum included:
    Four days of skills sessions learning aligned to the theme and the client’s four pillars of an inspiring leader
  • One virtual session blending a kickoff and learning module
  • Five guest speakers including the current CEO, incoming CEO, and internal clients
  • Strong focus on connecting the 100-year company history to leading forward in the market and with clients
  • A perpetuate and propel Gallery Crawl consisting of three questions surrounding the past, present, and future of the company that was then connected to leadership qualities within the firm.
  • An Inspiring Leadership World Café: How to inspire bold and responsible risk taking, and personal accountability and ownership of results
  • Operating Committee fireside chat
  • Skills modules focused on storytelling: Where We’re Going messages with small group practice that fostered trust, empathy, and the power of focus
  • Extensive participant interaction with senior leaders during the forum

Results

  • Key outcomes from the forum were carried forward to leadership expectations and human resource procedures for the organization.
  • Program sponsors and organization leadership determined the event met the stated business objectives and delivered a significant impact. As a result, they also invested in us developing and delivering their Senior Leadership Team retreat in 2024 and 2025.
