Chief Financial Officer
Charlene manages the firm’s financial operations, including budgets, forecasting, contracts, and reporting systems across all offices and practice areas. She is an astute financial leader known for her personal integrity and proven track record in creating systems, partnerships, and processes that maximize performance. Charlene is instrumental in all Bravanti’s mergers, acquisitions, and new office openings.
Practice Leader, Leadership Acceleration
Jodi Blackwood is Practice Leader for the Leadership Acceleration arm of Bravanti. Her expertise in developing leaders, strategy development, team performance, and change management results in positive employee and customer experiences. Jodi has designed and led a center of excellence supporting various product lines through marketing, training and development, communications, and consulting, as well as designing and delivering programs to meet clients’ business objectives.
Director, Leadership Acceleration
Carol Fitzgibbons is a Director for Bravanti’s Leadership Acceleration practice. She has a deep passion and strong talent for helping leaders develop themselves, engage their teams, navigate change, and deliver business results. Carol helps leaders, teams and organizations be their best by providing them with engaging leadership development programs, high-impact team effectiveness solutions, and transformational executive coaching.
Managing Director, Leadership Acceleration
Kathryn Heath, Ph.D., is a managing director of the Leadership Acceleration practice at Bravanti. She was a founding partner of Flynn Heath Leadership, which was acquired by Bravanti in 2020, and co-author of I Wish I’d Known This: 6 Career-Accelerating Secrets for Women Leaders; Break Your Own Rules, How to Change the Patterns of Thinking that Block Women’s Paths to Power; and The Influence Effect: A New Path to Power for Women Leaders. Kathryn serves as a coach, a researcher, and a developer of leadership programs. One of the hallmarks of Kathryn’s work is addressing organizations’ specific business targets through customized programs that move leaders forward faster.

Mary is Managing Director of the Global Executive Coaching practice at Bravanti, leading an extensive team of professional coaches in the U.S. and abroad. Mary and her team are focused on helping organizations drive change and deliver results through proven best practices in leadership and executive team development.
Managing Partner
Kevin brings more than 25 years of experience working with individuals and organizations facing complex challenges involving change, leadership development, career management, and mobility. In his current role, Kevin is responsible for designing, developing, marketing, and delivering Bravanti’s core services to clients in St. Louis and other markets.
Managing Director & Practice Leader, Leadership Acceleration
Brenda is known for her expertise in building collaborative partnerships and developing teams to improve leader performance and drive results. She is the co-author of I Wish I’d Known This: 6 Career-Accelerating Secrets for Women Leaders, and is an accredited coach working with leaders and managers in large and mid-size companies as well as non-profit organizations. Brenda has led engagements for the organization focused on women’s leadership and advancement, which include long programs, workshops, speaking engagements, and individual and group coaching. Her approach is practical, goal-focused, and action-oriented.
Director of Information Technology
In his current role, Jason combines his technology expertise and customer service focus to manage the firm’s technology-related requirements across all Bravanti offices. He is highly regarded for his responsiveness to company and client needs, as well as his ability to manage large-scale projects and provide practical, integrated solutions to complicated technology concerns.
