The Context:

This Big Four professional services firm was developing a substantial early retirement offering, that was financially driven, in its Audit and Advisory divisions. The anticipated impact would involve geographically disparate, long-tenured individuals who had been with the firm since college in many cases.

The firm was looking for something unique and comprehensive for the partners that would be exiting. They partnered with the Bravanti team at ZRG Consulting Solutions to support partners through their transition, due to their expertise in search, private equity, and board service combined with transition and Next Act coaching support.

Our Approach:

  • Designed a tailored experience based on client requirements combining the unique strengths of ZRG Partners and the Bravanti team.
  • Partners electing this program receive 12 months of services.
  • A Primary Advisory Coach is dedicated to a Partner for the entire program length; Partners conduct meet-and-greets to select their Primary Advisor.
  • Provided access to the Taylor Assessment (the only product of its type on the market that directly measures a candidate’s contribution to an organization’s current or desired future culture), Search consultants, Interim consultants, Board consultants in certain cases, and a series of market-focused webinars designed specifically for these Partners.

Results

  • 66 Partners enrolled in the program
  • 55 Partners have selected Primary Advisor or are in the process of selecting one
  • 14 Search conversations
  • 9 Interim conversations
  • 21 Partners have taken the Taylor Assessment
  • 7 Partners have landed new opportunities
  • Program quality surveys scheduled to be sent periodically throughout the program duration
