Bravanti’s Q2 2022 Executive Employment Trends Report reveals trends in our data from our Executive Transition Services clients who completed their job search between Q3 2021 and Q2 2022. Most notably, our data reveal a leveling off for landing times, after we saw a dramatic Q1 2022 increase in faster landing times.
Additionally, here are a few more highlights from this quarter’s report:
- Networking to find a new job is increasing, while there was a notable drop in the use of the Internet for job landings, from 11% last year to 0% this year.
- 86% reported the compensation at their new job as equal or better than that of their previous job.
- We continue to see increases in executives choosing to retire or seek a “next act” rather than make a traditional move to another corporate role.
