Workshops are flexible and delivered in various formats. All workshops are interactive and may include assessments, peer feedback, and one-on-one coaching. Workshops are facilitated by our cadre of global coaches all of whom are accredited and have relevant business experience and are supported by a dedicated program manager. Our four-step approach includes:
