Bravanti’s Q1 2022 Executive Employment Trends Report offers insights and visibility into landing data collected on our Executive Transition Services (ETS) clients who completed their job search between Q2 2021 andQ1 2022, compared to the same relative period a year ago.
Here are a few highlights from this quarter’s report:
- We saw a dramatic increase in retirement activity among our executive transition clients, rising from 1% to 16%.
- Bravanti job search/landing times (3.4 months) were considerably faster than executive transitions reported by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (7.2 months).
- 61% reported the compensation at their new job as better than that of their previous job.
