Mary Herrmann is Managing Director of the Global Executive Coaching practice at Bravanti, leading an extensive team of professional coaches in the U.S. and abroad. Mary and her team are focused on helping organizations drive change and deliver results through proven best practices in leadership and executive team development.
Mary has more than 25 years of experience consulting with organizations around the world in the areas of executive coaching, leadership development, and team development. She has refined her own unique style of authentic, results-driven coaching and advising from working with C-level executives and boards of directors in various industries. Her clients include a number of Fortune 500 companies such as BP, McDonald’s Corporation, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and Walgreens, as well as top healthcare organizations such as Health Care Service Corporation and Advocate Aurora Health.
With a wide range of executive coaching and team assignments under her belt, Mary offers clients leading-edge thinking combined with a deep understanding of HR processes and how they impact business results. She has designed individual development plans for C-level executives, and implemented executive coaching programs for large corporations. She has also worked with executive teams to help them achieve their goals and produce greater results. Her passion is helping clients improve their leadership competencies, which can ultimately impact entire organizations.
Before joining Bravanti (formerly BPI group), Mary served as a Principal at Capital H Group, where she led the formation of a new executive coaching business unit. Prior to that, she founded and grew her own firm, Executive & Professional Coaching, which was then acquired by Capital H Group in 2004. Earlier in her career, Mary worked as a generalist in corporate HR roles in various industries, including association management, insurance and advertising.
Mary has an M.S. in human resources and industrial relations from Loyola University and a B.A. from Northern Illinois University. She is also a graduate of Corporate Coach University in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and a member of the International Coach Federation. She is a past board member for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicago and Northwest Indiana.
