Former Financial Services Executive Brings Deep Experience in Business Transformation

CHICAGO (Aug. 2, 2022) – Bravanti announced today that Lori Igleski, founder of Heart-Led Ventures LLC and change and business transformation expert, and Bravanti are partnering to bring change and leadership team services to their clients. Igleski will serve as Senior Advisor to Bravanti. In her new role, she will work with leaders, executive teams, and organizations on change initiatives that benefit from leadership and team development for successful execution and high impact. Bravanti is a leading global provider of executive coaching, leadership acceleration, and career coaching services.

Igleski brings to Bravanti deep experience leading and participating in business transformations, including more than 35 significant merger and acquisition integrations, business reorganizations, extensive process changes, and technology implementations impacting hundreds of thousands of employees and millions of clients.

Her vast change management experience spans a variety of organizations, from privately owned community banks to the largest public institutions.  In addition to leading her own firm, Fifth Star Consulting LLC for many years, Lori also served as a senior staff member of the Chicago 2016 Committee in support of Chicago’s bid for the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Igleski was most recently a senior vice president with Fifth Third Bank in Chicago, and has also held positions at American National Bank, Bank One, JP Morgan Chase, and MB Financial Bank. In leading Fifth Star Consulting, her clients were concentrated in the financial services industry but also included government, academic, not-for-profit, and middle-market businesses.

Throughout her career, Igleski has served in board leadership roles for several non-profit organizations and recently joined the board of the International Women’s Forum-Chicago Chapter.
