CHICAGO (July 16, 2024) – Bravanti announced today that Jodi Blackwood has joined the firm as Practice Leader, Leadership Acceleration. Jodi will bolster Bravanti’s presence in the marketplace while also designing and delivering programs to meet clients’ business objectives.

Jodi’s expertise in developing leaders, strategy development, team performance, and change management will be an asset to the firm, as her work results in positive employee and customer experiences.

Jodi has more than 30 years’ experience spanning from human resources work with First Union Bank (now Wells Fargo) and other various financial services institutions where she has led strategic initiatives across businesses. As a change agent within organizations, Jodi has designed and led a center of excellence supporting various product lines through marketing, training and development, communications, and consulting.

“I retired from a wonderful 34-year career in the financial services industry, but it is never too late to change!” says Jodi Blackwood. “As Practice Leader for Bravanti’s Leadership Acceleration arm, my reality is that I can capitalize on all the things I loved about my first career. Jodi has a B.A. in Psychology from Winthrop University, and she is a graduate of the CBA Graduate School of Retail Bank Management.
