CHICAGO (Dec. 5, 2023) – Bravanti announced today that Carol Fitzgibbons has joined the firm as Director, Leadership Acceleration. She will represent Bravanti in the marketplace with new and prospective clients, design and deliver solutions for clients providing a holistic approach to Bravanti expertise, and enhance the firm’s content offerings.
Fitzgibbons brings more than 30 years’ experience in consulting, corporate Human Resources, and university faculty roles. Her deep expertise in leadership development, team effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, communications, change management, and organization effectiveness will help create impact for Bravanti’s clients.
Her experience spans a variety of industries, including software, consumer products, healthcare, professional services, manufacturing, and more.

For the past five years, Carol has run her own independent executive coaching and leadership development consulting business (often partnering with Bravanti), while also teaching MBA courses as a member of the adjunct faculty at Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business. Previously, Carol was the head of Organization Development for six years at CCC Information Services, a mid-sized software company. She also held internal OD/HR roles at Kraft Foods and ComEd, and consulting roles with EY, Deloitte, Andersen, and Capital H Group.
Carol holds an M.S. in HR Management from Loyola University Chicago and a B.A. in Psychology from Indiana University. She is a graduate of the CoachU Core Essentials and Advanced Corporate Coaching programs.
