CHICAGO (March 10, 2020) – BPI group, the global experts in leadership, talent, and transition, announced that Emily Reynolds has joined the firm as Managing Director, Career Transition Services, and a member of the executive leadership team, based at the firm’s global headquarters in Chicago. Last fall BPI group’s management team led a buyout of the business from its parent company and is now embarking on an ambitious growth strategy, including Reynolds’ appointment.

Reynolds brings an award-winning track record in senior leadership roles at Xerox and Canon. With more than 30 years of experience in operations and sales, she will oversee and grow BPI group’s worldwide career transition practice. The firm has more than 1,000 consultants in more than 30 countries.

Prior to joining BPI group, Reynolds was the Chief Operating Officer at Novus Law, where she was responsible for leading the firm’s client services and technology solutions teams, and guiding strategic development. She is the former Senior Vice President, Global Account Strategy and Strategic Deal Capture at Xerox and a trusted advisor to C-Suite executives in Fortune 100 companies. Previously, as Senior Vice President of the Xerox Select division, Reynolds managed operations and sales for Xerox’s 75 largest clients, creating and executing initiatives that delivered double-digit revenue growth, improved account relationships, and enabled operational excellence in a $500M enterprise.

Her previous leadership roles include Vice President and General Manager of Corporate Communications, Canon USA, Inc.; Corporate VP, Service and Operations, and VP, Service and Sales Planning, Canon USA Inc.; and President and CEO, Canon Business Solutions Central, Inc.

Formerly, she was a member of the Board of Directors, Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago; Board of Directors, Japan America Society; Board of Directors, Parker Playhouse; and Board of Directors, Yellowstone National Park, representing Canon USA.

Reynolds earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in American Studies from Mount Holyoke College, MA, graduating cum laude.
