Susan Gallagher is the President & CEO of Bravanti and leads growth for the global executive coaching, leadership acceleration, and outplacement/career transition firm, while also working closely with the firm’s 30-country partner network.

Susan joined Bravanti (formerly BPI group) in 2016 bringing more than 35 years of experience in the professional services industry, with a strong track record of building high-performing leadership teams and growing organizations.

Susan started her career at Arthur Andersen and rose to the level of Partner specializing in forensic accounting. She and 25 other partners co-founded Huron Consulting Group in 2002. In 2010, she joined TPC as Chief Operating Officer, and in 2013 was named Executive Vice President at Patina Solutions, an organization specializing in executive interim staffing.

Susan is Chair of the Board of Mercy Hospital & Health System in Chicago; Immediate Past Board Chair and Nominating Committee Chair of The Chicago Network; and a Board member of Human Resources Management Association of Chicago. She has also served on and held leadership positions on several other not-for-profit boards throughout her career. She is a recipient of the U.S. President’s Volunteer Award for her work with The American Red Cross.

Susan is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana. She is married and has four children living in the Chicago area.
