Susan Gallagher is President of Consulting and Advisory Services, leading strategy,  growth and the continued expansion and integration of ZRG’s global consulting platform.

Susan has more than 35 years of experience in the professional services industry, with a strong track record of building high-performing leadership teams. She is recognized for her culture-first leadership and track record of driving scalable growth.

Susan led Bravanti through a management buyout, rebranding, growth and sale to ZRG Partners. She was previously CEO and President of Bravanti, a global leadership consultancy she led through a successful management buyout and rebrand. Her leadership has driven significant EBITDA growth and organizational expansion, and ultimately the successful sale of the business to ZRG Partners.

Prior to Bravanti, Susan served as Directrice Generale, International, BPI group SA, Paris France.  She served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Patina Solutions, where she led the firm’s growth.  Before Patina, Susan was one of the founding Managing Directors of Huron Consulting Group. From the company’s inception to 2006, she led strategic development and served on the company’s executive management team. Susan was previously a partner at Arthur Andersen where see had a 22-year career and served in the Forensic Accounting group, and Andersen’s Client Relationship Office.

Throughout her career, Susan has actively supported her community. She was the former Chairman of the Board for Mercy Hospital & Health System (18 years of service). She also served on the board and was Chairman of the board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago, (24 years of service), and served several other organizations through board and volunteer serve. She is a member of The Chicago Network and served as board chair in 2018. She is a member of The Economic Club of Chicago and serves on the advisory board of The Executive’s Club of Chicago.

Susan also serves as an independent director on the Board of Clune Construction Company.

She is a recipient of the U.S. President’s Volunteer Award, and she is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana.
