Executive Relationship Expert with Deep Background in Human Capital
CHICAGO (Sept. 15, 2022) | Bravanti announced today that Angie Auvil has re-joined the firm as Vice President, Business Development. Auvil previously worked with the firm for several years. She brings more than 20 years of experience as a global business development leader with a deep expertise in human capital management.
Auvil will help drive Bravanti’s strategic growth plans, focusing on new market development, global account management and strategically partnering with clients of all sizes and across all industries to deliver solutions to complex human capital challenges. Her expertise ranges from business transformation to culture alignment, leadership development, team building, executive transition, and executive coaching.

Previously, Auvil was Managing Director for Beautycounter in Santa Monica, Calif., and worked in client relationship and solutions roles at BPI group and Capital H Group for 13 years. She began her career at PDI.

Auvil has a master’s degree in I/O psychology from Roosevelt University in Chicago, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology, business & Spanish from Indiana University. She lives in Indianapolis with her husband and two daughters.
